Its complex topography, solar orientation and remarkable views became the driving forces behind the design.
The house is formed by two interlocking rectangles — an ‘H’-shaped configuration — arranged to enhance the land, the light and the outlook. This logical layout creates an arrival courtyard where the volumes meet and gently pull apart.

On the lower level, social and service spaces engage directly with the city. Large openings in the living areas and kitchen emphasise horizontal light, transparency and expansive views.
Above, the more intimate bedroom spaces are reserved. Here again, light and landscape are carefully framed, offering their most beautiful expression.
Externally, the space between the volumes extends the house into an open-air living room beneath the sky — an exploration of vertical light and spatial openness.
